Refund Policy

Individual Coaching Sessions

Clients may cancel and receive a full refund if cancellation occurs at least:

24 hours before the scheduled session.

 

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.

Missed Sessions

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice is considered a no-show and is generally not refundable.

Service Issues

If technical problems or coach availability prevent delivery of a session, we may:

-Reschedule the session
-Provide a refund
-Offer account credit at our discretion.

​

Digital Products

Any downloadable guides, VOD reviews, recordings, or digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered.
